All merchandise is publicly displayed prior to auction. We recommend that you look at items before bidding. If you choose to bid without inspecting the item(s) you assume all risks associated with bidding without inspection.
Property will be sold to the highest bid. Once a bid is submitted it cannot be retracted. In the event of duplicate bids, the earliest bid will take precedence. Grindstaff’s shall not be held responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment or electronic connections during bidding.
Grindstaff's permits bids to be placed on the seller's behalf, even if such bids are placed solely for the purpose of increasing the bid (Reserve) In accordance with UCC 2-328, this auction company is permitted to engage in this activity by providing this clear disclosure to you, the bidder.
Should my bids be successful, I guarantee payment by Oct 20, 2019 by 7:00PM EST. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and wire transfer are accepted. All titled vehicles must be paid by Certified funds or cash before we release title. Title to vehicles are held for 10 day in order for funds to clear bank.
A buyer's premium of 10% cash or check. 13% for visa, mastercard, discover, american express,debit cards.
Buyer agrees to remove by Oct 22, 2019 by 9:00PM EST. Any pieces or portions of any lot remaining at the auction site after Oct, 2019 are considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.
