Terms and Conditions

All merchandise is publicly displayed prior to auction. We recommend that you look at items before bidding. If you choose to bid without inspecting the item(s) you assume all risks associated with bidding without inspection. 

Property will be sold to the highest bid. Once a bid is submitted it cannot be retracted. In the event of duplicate bids, the earliest bid will take precedence. Grindstaff’s shall not be held responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment or electronic connections during bidding.

Should my bids be successful, I guarantee payment by Monday, July 4, 2011. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and wire transfer are accepted. All charge cards on file will be charged if not paid in full by Monday, July 4, 2011. 

A buyer's premium of 16% for Online Bidders and 13%, 3% discount for cash or check for in-house.

Buyer agrees to remove by Monday, July 4, 2011. Any pieces or portions of any lot remaining at the auction site after the pickup date shall be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.

These terms and conditions are not all inclusive.
