All merchandise can be viewed by appointment only. Please contact us for further details.

Property will be sold to the highest bid. Once a bid is submitted it cannot be retracted. In the event of duplicate bids, the earliest bid will take precedence. Grindstaff?s shall not be held responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment or electronic connections during bidding.

Should my bids be successful, I guarantee payment by Friday, October 7, 2011 at 11:00AM EST. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and wire transfer are accepted. All charge cards on file will be charged if not paid in full by Friday, October 7, 2011 at 11:00AM EST. 

A buyer's premium of 15% is in effect for this auction.

Buyer agrees to remove by Friday, October 7, 2011 between the hours of 3:00PM and 5:30PM EST. Any pieces or portions of any lot remaining at the auction site after the pickup date shall be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.

Please be aware that Grindstaff's will NOT ship alcohol does not ship.

SPECIAL NOTE: No GUARANTEE on quality of wine or spirits. Appears to have been stored properly but quality is unkown as these are unopened and to be sold in accorcance to Virginia state law. A valid picture id is required and a copy will be made before release of ANY alcohol.
