All merchandise is publicly displayed prior to auction. We recommend that you look at items before bidding. If you choose to bid without inspecting the item(s) you assume all risks associated with bidding without inspection.

Should my bids be successful, I guarantee payment by Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 5:00PM EST. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and wire transfer are accepted. All charge cards on file will be charged if not paid in full by Sunday November 6, 2011 at 5:00PM EST.

Buyer agrees to remove by Sunday November 6, 2011 at 5:00PM EST. Any pieces or portions of any lot remaining at the auction site after the pickup date shall be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.

A buyer's premium of 13% with 3% discount for cash or check in house and 16% for online bidding.
