All merchandise is publicly displayed prior to auction. We recommend that you look at items before bidding. If you choose to bid without inspecting the item(s) you assume all risks associated with bidding without inspection.
Property will be sold to the highest bid. Once a bid is submitted it cannot be retracted. In the event of duplicate bids, the earliest bid will take precedence. Grindstaff’s shall not be held responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment or electronic connections during bidding.
Should my bids be successful, I guarantee payment by Wednesday, November , 2011 at 5:00PM EST. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and wire transfer are accepted.
A buyer's premium of 13% with 3% discount for cash or check in house and 16% for online bidding.
Buyer agrees to remove by Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 5:00PM EST. Any pieces or portions of any lot remaining at the auction site after the pickup date shall be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.
